Jennifer Freeman at Vida Asana - ADHD Coach

Jennifer Freeman is a certified ADHD coach, educator, and founder of Momentum Mindset ADHD Coaching — specializing in late-diagnosed women who are done surviving and ready to finally come home to themselves. With a Master's in Special Education and years of lived experience navigating her own late diagnosis, Jen brings both the credentials and the scars to this work. Her signature ROOTED Method guides women through a nervous system-based, somatic approach to understanding their ADHD — not as a disorder to manage, but as a wiring to finally make sense of. If you've spent most of your life wondering why everything feels harder for you than it seems to for everyone else, you're exactly who she built this for.

The ROOTED Method

A Different Way to Hold This

For most of us, the world has been very loud about what ADHD means. Deficit. Disorder. Dysfunction. We’ve shouted at ourselves for years hoping to see the change that others expect from us. But as hard as we try, the box that we’ve been trying to fit into for all these years doesn’t feel authentic – and that whisper wants to be heard. Thank you so much for taking the time to sign up for this seminar – and for showing up for yourself in this way. If you’re anything like me, you’ve reached a crossroads. One where you need to decide if you want to continue down the path you’re on- the one that everyone else tells you is the right path – or if you’re ready to acknowledge that gentle whisper that is asking you to forge a different path – one that wants you to come home to yourself.

Why Lifestyle Is the Intervention

Rooted is not a program about fixing your ADHD. It’s not about hacks, productivity tricks, or learning to perform neurotypically. You’ll notice in this course that I won’t be capitalizing adhd because I believe it can be much quieter than that. It’s a recognition that adhd can be ‘lower case.’. A subtle, gentle awareness of who we are in the quiet moments when we feel seen and safe. My goal for this program is that you begin to awaken to what that whisper wants you to know. The reason adhd has felt like such a struggle has everything to do with the environment that doesn’t know how to nurture you. We are living in a modern culture that was not designed to support the average nervous system – let alone one that is wired for seeing and feeling things deeply. The constant stimulation, the endless demands on attention, the pace, the noise, the pressure to optimize every waking hour. Society has created the perfect conditions for your adhd to feel unbearable. To feel like ‘ALL CAPS.’ As a woman with adhd, you likely excel at pattern recognition, intuition, creativity, and authenticity. You have a fire inside of you that gives emotional richness to the world, but your environment has left you feeling overstimulated and undernourished. Your fire has dimmed. This course is about turning the volume down on the world’s narrative and finding ways to stoke that fire. It’s time to nurture who you are under the mask.

How This Seminar Works

Over six weeks, we will move through the letters of ROOTED – each one a step on the path back to yourself. Each week will include teaching, guided reflection, somatic practice, and honest conversation. This is no homework in the traditional sense – only an invitation to notice, to practice, and to reconnect with yourself. This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about finally recognizing who you’ve been all along.
